Good morning , I have been a patient of Dr. Phen since 2003. She is easy to talk to, and listens to what you have to say. She doesn't try to sale treatments only what is absolutely necessary. After, I became her patient my dental issues have been resolved, of course following her recommendations and treatments. She is professional as well as her staff. I would definitely recommend her. Dr Phen is the quintessential practitioner of perfection within dentistry. I have known Dr Phen for many years and my personal experiences within her practice have been truly exceptional. Intelligent, patient, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, highly articulate, and possessing skill sets which, when all combined, provide a comfortable and trusting environment with patients. A particular distinction comes in form of her gifted hands which are both assuring and seemingly unobtrusive.
I have been a patient of Dr. Phen almost as long as she has been at her current location. I have always tried to take good care of my teeth. The key to being successful in that endeavor is an excellent dentist. In addition to being skilled, gentle, and surprisingly strong (important for extracting wisdom teeth), Dr Phen is kind, very patient, thorough in explaining work that needs to be done. A very professional, helpful and caring staff is a big bonus dealing with Dr. Phen.
I have been using Dr Phen for ten years !! Not only do I use her but my wife and two kids. She is extremely professional and does a great job! We love the staff. Not only are they friendly but very professional and our wait time is almost none existent !! I always recommend my Friends and Family!
When no one in your family complains about going to the dentist, you know you have found the perfect dentist. Dr Phen is a great dentist. She is very quick and performs her job with minimal pain and discomfort. Her staff is very diligent with the appointments and all the insurance issues. Two thumps up !!!

She listens to my concerns and thoughtfully explains alternative treatments until I am completely satisfied. Her dental assistants are skilfully trained, to her high standards, her office staff is very efficient, sensitive, helpful and competent; the office is very organised, clean and very comfortable. Great Doctor but Office person is so rude. I went there few times Dr Phen is the great doctor. But Office Acceptance woman is always mean and rude. I saw so many problem at the office with other customers. Last time She try charge me more than I must pay.(She try to sale expensive things) I am so upset for this. I won't go there anymore.
Office staff is no good at all. She always talk people so bad. Other Dental staff told me she makes trouble a lot. Office is small and too cold inside
