I was told that I needed a crown on a back tooth and that they might as well do the tooth next to it as well. Because of the steep price for a crown, I told the office I would agree to having the tooth that needed repair to be done but not the one next to it since it was still ok. When I was finished having the procedure, they told me they had done the one that didn't need to be done, and I still needed the bad one done. I was livid! Very professional and waited less than 5 minutes. Had an extraction and I was out in 25 minutes!
Dr. Kim is wonderful and runs a great office. We used to dread the dentist before we found her. Everyone there is great and the office is squeaky clean!
Everyone from the front desk, hygienists to Dr. Kim genuinely expresses empathy, provides support and is patient. Didn’t feel rushed or dismissed and was treated gently in a calm environment.

Was able to get an appointment for fillings the same day I called.I was really happy that a laser (and no need for Novocain) was used instead of drilling! Dr Jack, Jen, and the front desk ladies were so friendly and efficient! If a trip to the dentist can be good, this was it!
I needed X-rays done and since I had both my children (5 and under) she had someone watch them in the hall until they could come back into the room. During my cleaning she talked my boys through what she was doing since it was their first time. By the time their cleaning appt started, they sat so well. Highly recommend!
