I am new to Dr. Kim’s practice. My first visit was in November 2019 for a cleaning and check up. My visit was pleasant. This week I had an issue that required an emergency appointment. I was fortunate To call and get an appointment on the same day. That was a wow moment. The staff has been friendly and courteous. I would recommend this practice.
In short, the dental assistants are rude and would rather talk about their personal life with each other than pay attention to what they are doing. I had an old filling removed and filled with silver when I specifically asked for white. On top of this I was charged for a white filling because that is what was written on my chart, which is much more expensive than a plain silver filling. ON TOP OF THAT, the filling is bothering me and the dental assistant did nothing when I told her this.
