Worst Dr I’ve ever had!! A1 C at a 12 and she does nothing continue to drive the bus until you crash is her idea! Oh I no idea how to fill out an FLMA even though I have all required ailments. Just the worst never do a fasting lab it’s not necessary!!! Save yourself and get far away from this lady
Dr Augustine was the perfect doctor for myself. I was a patient of hers at the Syracuse Community Health Center for approximately four years from 2010 through to 2014. Dr Augustine showed patience, kindness and consistency with me. Her diagnosis of particular health issues were on point. I would always write out my questions before my visit and she would address each one. Thank you for saving this life. Peace and Blessings
Her dressed down appearance was slightly off putting but I am a firm believer that even corporate world shouldn’t have to “dress up” all day everyday when practicing profession. She gave me deep insight into my medical information and provided me with some advanced notices regarding upcoming events. Her diagnostics were sharp. She seemed rushed like most doctors are which I assume is simply based on the limited amount of practicing physicians.
I visited this office a few weeks ago. I really don’t recommend this physician. I am new to the area and was in need of a new PCP. Despite the negative reviews I thought I would give it a fair shot. I waited an hour to be seen and then when I got to the exam room it was another 40 minutes. When she entered the room she was polite but seemed rushed.
