Unfortunately, my experience from start to finish was incredibly frustrating. My first appointment never even happened because I was sent two separate meeting links. So far, I am very disappointed with my experience, and I haven’t even had the opportunity to meet with the doctor yet. I scheduled my appointment and specifically set aside my lunch hour to attend. I waited in the provided link for over half an hour, only to later receive a call stating that I had missed my appointment and would need to reschedule. Whoever picks up the phone for their after hours clinic is incredibly rude.I've had a number of experiences with different doctors in the FHO network but never have I spoken to such a condescending and contemptful person as when trying to book an appointment here. I can see why this place has such a low rating from their actual patients. I can't imagine how miserable it must be to book appointments as a regular patient.
Completely negligent and unprofessional.
