this review is against the staff I have been calling them for over a month and it always goes to VM messages, either calling in the morning or after lunch break. I even attempted to leave VM and no one has even return my call back. Today, i fnially had someone answer the call and yet i had been put on hold for more than 15 mins. They constantly picking up and back on hold again for several times without saying a word. I had previously gone for other opinions, after years of ongoing neck pain and discomfort, that resulted in major loss of use of my left shoulder and arm. When I met with Dr Badr and his staff, he was able to explain to me, the best surgical procedure for my neck issues. Of the two other Neurosurgeons I had previously met with, I felt that Dr Badr was the most knowledgeable and that my diagnosis could be treated with the surgical procedure he recommended. This time the staff infront (kathy and stephanie) were very helpful. My visit was nice because i did not wait that long and everyone was accommodating..and respectful
Dr. Badr is an excellent surgeon with great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented.
He knew how to explain procedure s to me which gave me confidence. Before my surgery he made sure I knew what was going on and made sure that I had confidence in his ablities and confidence in myself to have a good outcome. Thank you!

Worst experience ever! They use extortionist tactics in releasing bills. His office staff is rude and unprofessional. They never send the reports and bills timely. They ask for an upfront fee before they send you a copy of your bill.

Unfortunately, this is a person that was posing as a rep from a atty's office (that didn't seem to exist) trying to obtain medical records of a patient. We take HIPPA very seriously and are aware our patients entrust us with their private medical information. Records are not released without proper releases and authorizations.
Excellent surgeon and person!!! I had 2 neck surgeries (front & back) in 2 days!!! Dr. Badr is amazing!!!
