The phones are inoperable at times. The prescription ordered was never sent to pharmacy. Numerous phone attempts to have that task completed was met with extreme delay in between calls and follow-ups. Extreme delay with coordinator Helen Hunt in responding to phone messages and following through with tasks she stated she would do but, "never got around to it".
