I feel I have the greatest Dr. ever. I love Dr. Hashmi he takes the time to listen he’s such a caring kind gentleman, I’m never rushed and he truly cares about my concerns. When my husband passed away he was there for me every step of the way. I love his nurse practitioners all 3 I trust so much they are kind caring and very knowledgeable and so is the triage nurse. Dr. Hashmi is great! However, the staff and office policy should be better. I called to let them know I was running late to which they said OK. I was 12 minutes late and they refused me. Kinda crappy thing to do since it was in the middle of an ice storm. I get they have back-to-back patients and a 10 minute grace period is all they can do but seriously… 12 minutes. They then billed me for a no-show LOL the nerve
Dr. Hashmi is lovely- I was a patient with him for 15 years. His office staff should be replaced. They repeatedly called me in for appointments that weren't necessary and were meant as state wellness appointments for the elderly. I had to take time off of work and pay for these appointments in my late 20s and early 30s where they asked me about my glaucoma and if I could remember the "apple, wallet and watch" in the images 30 seconds after showing them to me (which I still do...).
