What’s wrong with this place? Never picks up Phone calls and it’s been two months since my daughter’s bloodwork and I heard nothing.
I would give this clinic and the doctor 0 stars if I can. They never answer the phone , you keep calling and its like none is there. The doctor is very rude doesnt give any explanation at all, very disrespectful and unprofessional. She basicly kicks you out when she is done. I will not refer this clinic or doctor to anyone. Horrible experience
That was one of the absolute worst medical appointment I’ve ever had. If Dr. Xu only wants to serve her patients strictly based on the one sentence written on the referral, without taking the time to look at the entire picture—yet expects us to sit in her office for an hr —she could at the very least give me ten minutes of her time. I took the morning off work and pulled my son out of school for this appointment that took 6 weeks to get. As long as she swiped my OHIP card, she’s getting paid.
