Upon waiting in a room to see Dr. Sophia Xu, I noticed quite a bit of dust on the furniture and a dirty pillow case on the bed, which surprised me, given that this is an ALLERGY clinic. DR. XU was extremely RUDE with me. I had questions whereby she told me that 'I talk too much and to STOP TALKING; to let her do the talking!' Had a great experience with Dr. Xu and her team. The nurse who helped us was kind and very patient. Dr. Xu was very nice, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed and felt reassured by the end of the appointment. I was unsure about how it would go because of some of the reviews but I was happily surprised. Would recommend!
Dr Xu is rude and shouldn't be dealing with patients if she cannot get the basics of respect down first. She constantly talked over me. She doesnt listen when I tried to explain my issues. Go anywhere else if you can. I dont know why people go into public facing fields when they cannot deal with people. I have to say otherwise the reception, and nurse staff here were good.
Dr Xu and the entire staff are incredible! My daughter was really scared about getting allergy testing as she is afraid of needles, but she was put immediately at ease and didn't even notice! Dr Xu is kind and incredibly knowledgeable, and we are very grateful! We cannot say enough good things!
