Staff and doctor took me through my colonoscopy if a very good setting. Friendly, informative; answered all my questions. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
Been to see Dr Burch twice in the last year after a pelvis fracture involving internal injury. Very prompt, cordial, unpretentious and knowledgeable. Has performed a colonoscopy on me as well as advising me on my impacted bowels. He is very unassuming and has a very caring and efficient staff. They always answer the phone in person without needing to listen to the usual automated and impersonal phone recording, i.e., press 1 for this, press 2 for that, etc.. Dr. Burch is one of the most amazing doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He cares deeply for his patients, and will always go the extra mile. I would recommend him to anyone!
If you want the most professional and qualified gastroenterologist, Dr. Burch is the best in his field. I am a high risk patient for colon cancer and must have a colonoscopy every three years. I kept going to my specialist in Georgia for fear of not finding a doctor as sincere and dedicated. When my specialist was in an accident and could no longer practice, I tried several here. Absolutly, the worst dr i have ever experiecd. Ended up into the hospital for 4 days after a routine colonoscopy.
This doctor did not perform a thorough exam. Asked me about 3 questions and sent me on my way after a 10 minute visit with no suggestions for treatment, but had plenty of time to bill me $200 for NOTHING.
