Visited Park West Emergency Room late on 3/1/23 after back surgery by Dr. Luke Madigan on 2/27/23. Visit was due to hip bruise received while in surgery (not caused by back surgeon). Also was concerned about potential blood clots. Dr. Folley was patient, listened to the events of the past few days, asked other questions, and provided appropriate medication for the intense pain related to the severe bruise. OUTSTANDING/ VERY CARING RATED A 10
Dr. Folley’s inability to assist my father when he sought help and his dismissive treatment plan caused the untimely and unfortunate death that could have been prevented had he taken the time to run appropriate testing and listen to the concerns we had. We will never forget this mistake, and how his oversight had shattered our world.
