I had went to this Practice on 3/12/2025 it was a mix up. I had arrived at the wrong location. The older lady at the Desk has a BAD ATTITUDE. I am Glad that's not the Dentist I'm dealing with. ONE RUDE LADY. SHAME ON YOU.
I started going to Rocky River Dental and Dr. Farr when my dentist retired a few years ago. Both he and his staff are wonderful—he takes his time to explain everything and I have received excellent care. Staff are kind and friendly. Highly recommend.
Thought at one time he was competent.He and his office staff have proved me wrong.
