The support staff and hygienist are nice, but the doctor is condescending, rude to women, and unable to take responsibility for mistakes he makes. I am leaving his practice and believe he is overdue to retire if he can't be considerate towards patients and provide quality care.
Unfriendly and rude. Had to cough during procedure and he told me I couldn't. I was praying I wouldn't cough. Again, I said I needed to cough and his response to me was " You're making this impossible for me to fill your tooth"! In it was said in a very rude manner.
I have been a patient of Dr. Waters for about 15 years and found Dr. Waters to be a very professional and a good dentist with a great sense of humor. He has a wonderful friendly staff that makes you feel comfortable. The hygienist is outstanding. She takes the time to explain the correct way to brush, floss and take care of your teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Waters and his staff.
I stopped using this dentist, but about once per month the creapy old lady leaves a message on my vmail to convince me to set up an appointment. Note: she always calls at bad times so I've never gotten to answer her calls. I have called back and asked and they say they'll stop, but the calls continue. Also from (978) 927-3551 .
He is overdue to retire, but recently advertised for new patients, which makes no sense except to boost the price to sell his practice.
