I can't say enough nice things about this office. I've been a patient about 10 years and I love the family likeness of the team. Dr Pugh doesn't want patients to feel pain as pain will scare people away. Their newest technology is amazing. It vibrates the nerve so you don't even feel the needle go in! Simply amazing.
To "scaredy cats," or to anyone who has had a second thought about going to the dentist, Dr. Pugh DDS is the best. The office staff are very knowledgeable and skilled. They are great when it comes to "scaredy cats." I would also recommend the use of "conscious sedation" as a way to get rid of anxiety over procedures. Dr. Pugh and staff worked with me to accomplish a very necessary treatment through the use of "conscious sedation."
I have been going to this office for 10+ years and never had a bad experience. There have been emergencies when I need to get in, and they are always are able to get me in as soon as possible. Very clean and professional atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone :)
