If you can say this about a dental visit, it was a great visit. Kim at the front desk is very welcoming and friendly. Sarah is always friendly, compassionate and caring. Always making me feel at ease. For many years, my teeth were extremely, and I mean extremely, sensitive to hot, cold, touch and sweets, so much so, I required full mouth anesthesia for routine hygiene visits. I am very happy with my care at Dr. Pugh's office. Handled with care by a thoughtful staff makes the appointment very successful. Workmanship that is superior this community is very lucky to have such an outstanding establishment in Wolcott.
Dr. Pugh and his staff are awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I have bad tarter build up and Sarah always manages to do a very thorough cleaning with no pain!
Love Dr. Pugh and his amazing staff! I have gone from having serious anxiety going to the dentist to actually having a pleasurable experience. They all go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. With the latest technology they provide pain free and efficient care. I could go on and on about how much respect my family and I have for Wolcott Dentistry - I would never go anywhere else.
This is one fantastic dentist. With my last dentist cleanings and cavity fillings were a nightmare. To the point I just stopped going. I've now been to Wolcott Dentistry twice - for a cleaning and a *gasp* root canal. Both went smoothly and painlessly. I was dreading the root canal, but the doctor and his team make it a breeze.
These folks are the best!!! Always professional and carding. They always make sure you are comfortable in whatever procedure you are having. Love these people
