This doctor was RUDE, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING, UNFRIENDLY, AGGRESSIVE. Assistant who did my initial exam was unfriendly as well. I will NOT return. Would put zero stars if I could. I left this office halfway through my appointment in tears. Have never experienced such a lack of professionalism.
It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
