My experience with Dr. Gowski to this point is an extremely difficult rate on an online platform. I'm a life-flight patient from Easter weekend 2022. I arrived at IMC around 7 pm I believe. Dr. Gowski reconstructed my left hand and wrist that had been left mangled after grasping my son with my opposite. 14 pins, 2 grafts (1 artificial), and a very prideful yet very, very broken man still possesses his left hand. My outcome is still unknown, but up until this point most surgeons may have amputated!
I would recommend Dr. Gowski and his staff to anyone in need of orthopedic hand surgery. My surgery was done quickly and my appointment was on time and lasted about 1 hour. Dr. Gowski's skills are excellent and his genial bedside manner was appreciated.
Dr. Gowski was extremely efficient in doing a carpal tunnel release on both wrists. He is all no business, no chit chat just in and out, get it done, and on to the next patient. He has a great staff who tell you all you need to know and talk you through the process. I only wish Dr. Gowski himself would take a little time time to talk to you and answer questions himself. His staff does a great job but somehow being able to connect with the actual surgeon would make you feel better about the whole process.
Dr. Gowski was a great surgeon, hospital not so much. Staff in post op OR are not there to help patients, just there to get you out asap, and don’t care if you’re in pain or nauseous.
Phenomenal care (and results) from Dr. Gowski and the entire team at TOSH. I feel so warmly welcomed and cared for every time I visit. I couldn't be happier!
Doctor and staff very friendly and answered all my questions. I was informed of each step that was to take place. I had carpal tunnel release on my left hand and will return within the next 14 days to have carpal tunnel release on my right hand.
Was a smoth and easy surgery. Everything went great and all the staff was very friendly
Dr Gowski did both of my wrist along with a trigger thumb surgery and it was the best decision that I made. Everyone kept telling me that I’d regret it; complete opposite. I highly recommend Dr Gowski!!
Haven’t been to my follow up appointment yet but only had three days of throbbing pain. Managing just fine
