I had mastoid surgery in January of 2019. He never prescribed an antibiotic and my ear became so infected that I ended up in the emergency department art Mass Eye and Ear. I spent the next year going back and forth due to this man’s incompetence. I would not recommend him for any reason. I gave 1 star because it doesn’t allow less.
Dr. O'Connor has been treating me, my daughter, grandson and sister for over 10 years. I am very Happy as is my family with his manors and mostly treatments.He operated on my grandson to remove tonsils and adenoids. I highly recommend him. his assistants Denise and Tara are especially professional, kind and friendly. I give them 5 stars also.
Dr O'Connor has been my sons Dr for 25 years. He is excellent!
Dr. O'Connor is probably the least professional doctor and most incompetent doctor I have ever met. I'll never go back to him as a patient again, ever.
