This office should be ashamed of themselves. I have never felt so neglected as a patient. I don't think I've ever had an actual person answer the phone in this office ever! After you go through an insane amount of prompts and questions you end up leaving a voicemail which basically never gets returned. I don't even know how patients actually get anything they need from this staff without actually being in person. I have been a patient for 25 years. I recently had my ballbladder out and he kept saying not convinced its your gallbladder. Finally ended up in emergency room where they saw stones and sludge and I was blown up like 9 months pregnant. Kept going back and he blamed it on slow post optic never even lifted my shirt listen to bowel sounds nothing was squinting at what was on computer. Dr Basry has been my gastro doctor for 20 years and 3 colonoscopies. He is excellent, literally a rock star who makes the experience very pleasant and if there is a nicer doctor around I have not met them!
