This is the best doctor I have ever had in my 61 years of living. Unfortunately, it had to be with an oncologist. He is thoughtful, graceful, communicative, passionate about his job. Tells you the truth from start to finish. He’s funny, and understanding. He is a GREAT doctor. The day we walked into his office my husband and I felt like we knew him for years. Very personable and compassionate. We appreciated that he wrote everything down as he was explaining it to us so we could review it later. Dr Houck was very frank and honest about the diagnosis and clearly explained the pros and cons of potential treatment options.

Dr. Houck and his nurse are wonderful. They take the time to answer all of your questions even at the end of a Friday afternoon and guide you through your care. He explains everything thoroughly and addresses issues that could happen with a potential solution. I was waiting for the result of an important test and he was running behind, and they were thoughtful enough to bring in the results of my test to calm my fears while I waited to be seen. I can't recommend this practice enough!
