Went for an additional screening recommended by my therapist. Really enjoyed our session, the insight, advice and over all welcoming and warm atmosphere. Headway platform can give some glitches but it has nothing to do with the doctor. Everything was solves with me and no big issues happened, even this platform should be more user friendly.
TLDR: If Dr. Wilhem Rivera is a certified health care professional, he is at least not equipped to provide timely mental health care. It's also possible that this was a scam altogether. Hopefully this helps other people like me find the care that they need, and they don't waste their time like I did. I recently moved and was hoping to find a new psychiatrist.
