I have been a patient at this dental office for nearly 20 years, but unfortunately, the quality of care has declined significantly in recent visits. Patients seated in the back room appear to be assigned to trainees rather than experienced hygienists, and the difference in service quality is noticeable. We have been with Dr. Ke for almost 20 years. We moved to the other side of GTA and we still come back to see Dr. Ke as he is the best and his staff is amazing. All dental work has been high quality with attention to detail, from routine cleaning to fillings and crowns. Highly recommend!
