Dr. Thompson was my primary care physician for several years. I found a new doctor after overhearing comments she made to the nirse about me while I was waiting in the exam room to see the doctor. The nurse was trying to explain to Dr. Thompson why I was there and what she had determined during her initial assessment. Dr. Thompson seemed angry and dismissive. Excellent
Office is unresponsive in communicating results from tests or updating records to the correct patient. Calls not returned. No one answers phone. Wait times are excessive considering there are hardly any patients. Incomplete exams and general lack of genuine care for patients. Why is this office even still open? Very disappointing and definitely not a provider to consider. Came highly recommended but something is so off with the entire practice, if you have a serious health concern, go elsewhere.
Great Doctor and Great Staff
Dr. Thompson is a knowledgeable doctor; however the office is highly inefficient, to the point where I am switching to a different primary care physician. Multiple times it has taken over three days to schedule a simple appointment; I now have an urgent matter and have not been able to make contact with anyone yet.
