Had Jimmy Cash's crew come out and had a water heater replaced. Guys were legit, didnt cost me a new mortgage, and they left the job clean. Highly reccomend!
Was told a master plumber would be coming out for a home warranty repair 2 days after technician came to survey the work, didn’t hear back from them for over 9 days after multiple calls were made to inquire on when they come. The same person/tech that came out previously came to perform the work (not the master plumber we were told would be coming to perform the service). Be Aware of these guys they are a scam, they don’t know what they are doing…I had a simple clog in my toilet and they charged me 300$ and still couldn’t fix the issue, they wanted another 300$ to come again and try different things….the guy who came in kept calling his boss asking him what to do. Inexperienced technicians they even asked me to replace the whole toilet , I had another guy come in and he was able to fix it in 10min. I even raised a complaint with warranty company.
Incredible work by Jimmy, Shaun & the team! We are selling our house & had some water pressure issues with the hot water. Shaun came out & determined we had a leak somewhere under the house. Jimmy came out the next day & discovered that not only did we have a leak under the foundation, but our hot water heater was also filled with sediment from the leak.
