Have been seeing Dr. Dai for 2 years. She does not follow up, read test or referral results. Gives incomplete information. She is uncaring and unprepared. Recently recommended a medication that should have been prescribed 2 years earlier. Avoid at all costs.
I have a rare autoimmune disease that was originally misdiagnosed because it’s hard to diagnose. She helped figure it out along with another neurologist and then fought the insurance for a very expensive treatment that saved my quality of life.
After dealing with chronic migraines daily, Dr Dai had me admitted and found the perfect cocktail so I can resume my life! If you’re looking for a reason to call her, do yourself a favor and just do it!
Refuses to give up on me ! Listens and cares.
This Doctor is Terrible hope you don’t want to be heard if your going to her, she didn’t listen to any of my problems just chalked it up to headaches, and even put in the wrong info into mychart. When asked to have a look at my mri to give me a second opinion she read me the report the original doctor had written wouldn’t take a look at videos of my symptoms or anything she shut me down and put me on medication that makes my neurological problems worse.I would rate her 0 out of 5 if I could she’s supposed to be so good in he... read more
Taking new patients??? She can't even do a telephone visit with me...a regular patient...until October. She wouldn't see me until I went to ER and saw audiologist and ENT. Can't go to different neuro until she releases me! I feel deserted, with big problems making my life miserable. So I'm just supposed to crawl into bed until October? Not a happy camper. This is first big problem I've had with Presbyterian insurance.
I am sad to say that I did not have a pleasant experience with Dr. Dai. Though she seemed exceptionally knowledgeable regarding migraines, she was very aggressive and not easy to talk to as a patient. She did not go over why she wanted me to take the medications she was prescribing, nor did she offer recommendations, but more demands of "you will take this" I did not feel heard at all. I expect to work as a team with my doctors, and this was not the experience I had at all.
Dr. Dai is first rate. I have seen her for a few years for a few different problems and she has diagnosed and treated them all professionally and in a timely manner.
Saw only once; went over MRI and showed me areas of brain affected by stroke. She watched me walk and has me in Outpatient therapy. She even wrote a letter for me to the VA.Was very helpful of all the doctors ivesernbovervthe last 2 months.
Dr. Wei Wei Dai has a 3.1 star rating with 34 reviews.
