This is a great place to get your car clean. I asked for the Dr. Wash Special which includes car wash, vacuuming of vehicle, armor all interior and cleaning the glass both inside and out. My car looks fantastic and looks like I just drove it off the lot! Great job! Please note: weekends they are very busy and the special may take them several hours to complete.
Bait & switch pricing on their advertised specials. Poor quality control on the work performed. When you complained to the manager you get an indifferent shrug of the shoulders. There are several other choices nearby that do a better job at a lower rate price. Go to one of them.
Great value. Quick interior clean. Actually do good job cleaning inside of windshield.
I frequent Dr Wash, as it's close to my home. Generally, they do a great job and fairly fast, but this time, I was unfortunately disappointed. I paid $42 for the special package, and for the most part, they cleaned very well. My issue was that they missed a huge chunk of my drivers side carpet when vacuuming and didn't use the compression hose in these very small, hard to reach areas of the car. I'll still go back, but next time, I'll take a closer look at their work before driving off the premises.
They washed my car and the paint came off. I doubt they care at all.
Very nasty attitude on the individual at the cash register He was Asian background and basically had zero sense of customer satisfaction but was rather very rude for lack of his quality of service
This was my first (of many) visits to Dr. Wash. I went in for a seat shampoo and vacuum and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be back. Thanks guys for a great experience!!!
