The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic

Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, I don't think they cared whether I showed up or not Would you recommend this provider to others? If I Had To Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you feel safe in this provider's care? No, I was scared Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
