Dr. Thomas performed an ACL reconstruction May 2014 after I injured myself at Taekwon Do training. In less than 9 months I was back and stronger than before with the help, expertise and experience of Dr. Thomas and his team. Post surgery care and PT was second to none.
I had my torn Rotator Cuff surgically repaired by Dr. Thomas. The staff and Dr. Thomas are professional and top notch. The surgical procedure and follow-up care were excellent, and I had great results. Dr. Thomas takes the necessary time to explain and answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and his staff.
I was sent to see Dr. Thomas after tearing my ACL while playing soccer. My family and I were so pleased with the helpful, kind, and professional staff that works there. Dr. Thomas has been great. He corrected a surgery done by another doctor and has been helpful in many other ways. Unlike many other doctors in Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village, he doesn't have the "god" attitude and will take the time to explain things.
I was referred to Dr. Thomas by Core Physical Therapy when I had a shoulder injury that was not healing. Dr. Thomas’ office got me in to see him right away, and after an MRI revealed that I had a fully torn rotator cuff and would need shoulder surgery, Dr. Thomas was very through and compassionate in explaining my options. Dr Thomas performed surgery on my left shoulder in 2011. The rotator cuff was shredded, both labrums were torn, and there were bone spurs and arthritis in the joint. In short, it was a mees. I had basically been living with pain in some form or fashion for 30 years, even though I had been very active during that time. This guy is an athlete. He understands the body like no one else. Plus, Dr. Thomas is a master surgeon, if you need it (his last choice if latest conservative therapies and treatments fail.) He's treated me, my wife and daughter. He's my go to doc for any orthopedic issue.
I was referred to Dr. Walter Thomas by a family friend. My experience was top notch from the day I called to schedule my appointment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. During my first visit it was indicated that I would probably need surgery, however I was sent for an MRI to confirm.
