Always there for me, super: listener, pleasant, caring, comforting. Takes time, search all medical records and needs. I thank God and blessed for having Dr. Saeki, hope I'll always have her till my last breath. Prowed and thankful for Saint John hospital having great Drs.

Excellent bedside manner
Provider did not listen to main concerns I had. She just gave me basic, cookie cutter doc-in-the-box' care. She made assumptions about me. She didn't care about me at all.
Dr. Saeki always treats me with respect and provides the care I need in a timely manner.
First, I loved the nurse who greeted me, she was the nicest, warmest person I have ever experienced at a doctor's appointment. From meeting her to meeting Dr. Saeki, my experiences was exceptional!
