I love this provider but it takes months to get an appointment and there is a short window so I had to take work off because there are no appointments in the late afternoon.
Dr. Wakana Saeki is the greatest and the best primary Dr. Any one wishes to have. Always listening to me as a patient, very, very caring, comparison, always return my calls no matter what day or HR. Very helpful to make my decision, explain everything very well. I love her and told her even that she's young, not to retire as long as I live.Thank you ST. John for getting great Drs always love ST. Dr. Saeki is very caring, patient and compassionate. She takes the time to answer all my questions and is very good at typing and listening at the same time. I appreciate her expertise and competence. Thank you!
Dr Saeki was very kind and gentle but her nurse was totally opposite. She did her job but did not show any kindness and warm to treat patient. I felt like she just took care of things. Did not see any compassion and gentle care. But doctor self and reception was excellent.
