Since Ive switched to Dr Saeki I am extremely satified with the medical care
This was my first visit with Dr.Saeki. I liked that she had read my file before she came in to meet me so she was ready to discuss things with me when she came in
Very satisfied with the care I received from my doctor.
I really appreciate Dr Saeki's open-minded willingness to see if I could control my LDL with diet alone. She seems on top of my medical records and is responsive to my requests via the portal or phone. All of her staff are extremely positive and efficient. All in all, a pleasant experience "going to the doctor."
Dr. Saeki has been my care provider for over 15 years. She has always taken good care of me. She Is very knowledgeable when it comes to all my health concerns/issues. She is patient and has excellent bedside manners.
I had a followup correction to my medical record that I submitted to my doctor via emessage on MyChart and she replied quickly. I appreciate being able to communicate with my providers via emessage rather than calling and interrupting work flow for something that needs attention but is not urgent.
All staff including registration desk and nurse taking vitals, were friendly and respectful. Dr. Saeki was excellent - this was my first visit with her.
Everything was perfect
I have recommended this doctor and her office to a number of people. I trust her completely with my health.
