I have seen Dr. Butler off and on for several years. He is very caring, and has great bedside manner. If I am unsure of what he is saying, he will tell me with out all the medical terms. I am so glad my pcp recommended Dr. Butler back in 2013.
I felt like he cared that my problem was bad & that it needed to e fixed. He explained everything he would do & how long of recovery time. He answered ALL of my questions.
First appointment was canceled as Dr. Butler would be out of town. Two weeks later went in and was called into an appointment room where I waited one hour. I could have accepted if I hadn't waited almost a month to get in. He told me he wanted to get a CT scan. I called Hannah, His medical assistant, for two days asking about CT. She didn't call back until I called the nice reservationist. Hannah was very haughty and said it took 7 to 8 days to schedule. She expected me to believe that. I had an accident where I saw dr Butler. A couple months later I tried to get an appt on line multiple times because was having trouble. I then tried by phone but couldn’t get anyone to answer. Finally did and asked for his assistant Hanna. She was rude and cruel. He couldn’t get me in right away so asked if I could send pics so could get an antibiotic for infection that had set in with my foot. Very kind, great bedside manner. Explained everything very well and explained surgery . Would highly recommend!!!
Fantastic doctor! Very personable. Staff is friendly and attentive. I've been to 2 other podiastrists for help with plantar fasciitis. Dr. Butler is the only one who is up-to-date with knowledge and most effective treatments (EPAT) because he puts patient benefit first.
Great surgeon and staff are attentive. His office is nice and easy to get to. My primary doc sent me to him and I am glad I listened.
Very happy I found this doctor. Seems caring and kind.
Dr. Butler was recommended by my family doctor. He is down to earth and really helped me out. I am much better.
