Very happy with my visit. He showed my X-rays to me and explained them in a way I could easy understand.
Excellent patient care - takes the time to listen - great staff
Very nice front desk. East to make online appointment. Staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Butler was as wonderful as advertised from friends.
Have seen Dr. B for a few family foot issues. He is always willing to spend extra time and listen. He has done surgery on several of my friends and they all love him. I recommend him to any one with foot ailments.
Dr Butler saw me after I had seen two other doctors. I was frustrated because the first two really didn’t spend any time examining me. I have been miserable for six months and after our visit I was 90% better in a matter of days. I trust him.
Had a great visit with Dr. Butler. His assistant Kevin was upbeat, the front desk was welcoming.
Dr. Butler was great. I have seen two doctors who recommended surgery. He agreed but explained why in a way I understood. He answered my questions patiently and was very thorough.
Don’t recommend. Staff is rude not helpful. He mistreated our injury. Year later same problems and not much advice on getting better. Very frustrating to deal with. Nice guy but question his medical advise.
Dr. Butler is a great doctor, but impossible to get an appointment with him at this practice. Saw him several times at his previous practice, and had no problem getting an appointment. Tried to book an appointment on line and received no response. Left phone messages and received no response. Took days to get the appointment person to answer, and she was worthless. Unfortunately I'll have to look elsewhere. Very poor customer service!
