Kind, compassionate,personable.
Attending doctor at Stony Brook Univ hospital made routine visit to see my elderly mother. Conversation turned bitter when my mother started to ask questions about a procedure. His tone turned authoritarian, tuned out my mother repeated inquiries and conversation turned combative to the point my mother was so upset, and cried. We all were in stock. He was asked to leave the room. Later we notified out patient advocate. Sad day.
