I have been to many dentist in my life time. Child hood dentist was a bad experience. A Gables Dr. That would fight with his assistant. Was very scary to a young child. Recently because of Humana I had to change dentist. I find Dr. Diaz office while nice aesthetically pleasing, the bedside manner if you will I find very cold; as if she doesn’t want to be there, doesn’t need you as a brings me to my issue. I’m a new patient, so far the service has been good. However, the receptionists are extremely rude, particularly the one name Isa, this lady yelled at me and hung up the phone on a customer care representative that was helping me with insurance billing. I had a question about billing and she jumped the gun and told me if I wanted to terminate the rest of my services. It was like she was kicking me out of the office. Dr Diaz has amazing hands. I've been hopping around dentists since I can remember, but this one's a keeper. I didn't feel rushed, she explained everything thoroughly and my cleaning was over before I knew it. Great bedside manner, great hands, highly recommend!
