A year and a half ago, I was going to Torrington Dental care for my routine dentistry when they underwent a change in management. There’s a whole story here, but Dr. Graicerstein told me I needed a root canal (that I’ve since come to doubt was even necessary). After the numbing process, she started to drill and it hurt, so I expressed that I was in pain, and she stopped, like rolled her eyes and said “some people are harder to numb” and gave me more Novocain.
