I would like to file a complaint regarding my most recent appointment at the eye clinic. My scheduled appointment was at 10:30 AM, but I was not seen until 12:30 PM, which means I waited for almost two full hours. I understand that clinics can get busy at times, but such a long delay without any prior notice or explanation from the staff is completely unacceptable.
