my wife went in for simple extractions. walked out looking like a butcher with Parkinson's took the teeth out. then refused to give her any pain meds. she's been in agonizing pain ever since. going to a new dentist tomorrow. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. not to mention everyone in there is incompetent. very rude. by far the worst dentist I have ever seen.
most of the staff was super friendly and nice exept for the main doctor. the main doctor was super rude! she was making comments about how it was time for her to go home and how there were still patients. She seemed frustrated and was being rude to the patients. she was just scolding all the kids about every little thing....complaining about all the kids to the parents. Most people there need a serious attitude adjustment! Both professional and clerical staff are rude and impatient.
very rude. didn't listen to my concerns and was forcing a device in my mouth that clearly didn't fit, scratched and hurt my gums and told me I'll get use to the device and there was nothing he can do.
