Dr Patel is in my opinion is rude disrespectful & and has a problem with black women.
Horrible service from the “Office Manager” extremely rude and hangs up on the parents. If the office manager is this way I could only imagine how the rest of the staff is.
The doctor is very polite but WOW the staff is the rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Whether it’s a phone call or coming in for an appointment, they cut me off while I’m talking, try to correct me while I talk And treat me just awful. I’ve went here for 6 months and I’ve finally been wrongfully treated for the last time. We are leaving. Because of the rude staff. Poor Dr is losing business and it’s due to a position that could easily be replaced.
