Since Dr. Murali left, the clinic unfortunately seems to have declined significantly. The staff often come across as unprofessional and rude, and there appears to be a lack of basic organization and common sense in how the practice is managed. There is also an excessive amount of bureaucratic back-and-forth, which feels more like an attempt to cover inefficiencies than to help patients.
