Been to a lot of dentists over the years and Victor is among the best, I am always completely relaxed and confident in his care and for me that is hard as I have never forgotten the dentist in the small country town I grew up in who wouldnt use anasthetic with boys as "we were young men and men didnt feel pain". Thank you Victor for being a great dentist.
Dental brace service is average. I suggest the staff keeps their own ledger of payment, which is good business practice. A ledger can only be a simple notebook with payment signature of customer and some other remarks or action item. I don't know why they don't understand the value of having their own records. If you guys can give me your email address, I would tell you more feedback to improve your business process.
VERY POOR QUALITY DENTAL CARE.... WARNING BEWARE OF DR VICTOR NGUYEN & GENTLE DENTAL BLACKTOWN !!!! I visited Dr Nguyen for a filling and a clean, he was very rushed and rough and offered no pain relief or anesthetic before he started to drill into my tooth, he only spent 5mins on my Clean, it was clear that his only concern was to do the job as quickly as he could, he spent 20mins or less in total and charged $260.
