If I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. I went in after going to the hospital for a threatened miscarriage. When I left she told me "congratulations if it makes it!" A few days later it was a confirmed miscarriage through blood work. I got a call from the office saying I lost it and I let them know I had covid at the time and wanted to see if I could pass it naturally rather than a D&C. I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Dr Vidya Hate’ today after not seeing her for 19 years. She delivered all 3 of my children back 30-19 years ago. I needed a doctor who took my insurance to help me get an authorization for a breast MRI after the hospitals radiologist declined my biopsy and said I needed this first, which the insurance wouldn’t cover. My family Dr suggested I go and I forgot to make the appointment so my family doctor called their office and made the appointment for me and I went in the front desk. Staff was so pleasant and the nurse taking me to my room was so pleasant and helpful, giving different medical suggestions and Dr. Hate was professional, punctual, and courteous.
