I have been using Dr.Serralta (as well as my husband and adult daughter) For a little over 10 years or so. Always found her and her various P.A.s to be friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Until today. I’d made my yearly routine appointment last year. The appointment was for 10:30 a.m. (to arrive at 10:15 to fill out routine paperwork - no problem as is about the same at all doctors’ offices). She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel nervous about going to her because she puts you so at ease. She’s the best!!!!
She and her staff worked together to find a solution for my skin condition. I was seen in a timely manner with professional courtesy.
Didn't even make it back to be seen. I arrived 15 min early and still waited 45 minutes. Three quarters of the patients in waiting room when I arrived were still there. The patient's time is equally as important as the dr.
In and out in less than 30 minutes as usual. I have been a patient of Dr Serralta for several years and she and her staff have been wonderful. I highly recommend them.
The wait times are incredibly long and then once you get into the room, more long waiting and then was only seen by the Dr. for 5 mins. Total time was almost 3 hrs! I've been there a few times now and not only was I misdiagnosed TWICE, but nothing has changed. It just seems as if they care more about money than pts! I definitely DO NOT recommend this practice, nor will I ever go back!
Was seen by Dr. Serralta on Tuesday (28 Sep 2021) and was very impressed with her professionalism and her staff. She was very thorough and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a dermatologist.
This doctor is excellent- thorough exam and care!
Dr. Serralta explained her prosed treatment plan in plain English. Her diagnosis was accurate and the plan relieved a skin condition I have had for a long time. I was very impressed by her professional manner and the courtesy of her staff.
