Does it really matter? When one cannot even see the doctor? 🤷♂️
What a challenge to rate. Dr Cook is fantastic in person and exceptionally helpful. I found the office to be an organizational disaster. Currently in the waiting room 1 hour after our appointment time which we showed up early for. This appointment was changed without our knowledge, just a text msg saying we may lose ability to reschedule if we can’t make it. PS- this is almost 2 years after our initial phone appointment b/c the office forgot to follow up with us and treatment for 2024 was no longer an option.
