My favourite Dentist. Always very polite and professional. Will be my family dentist forever.
Receptionist cancelled my husband’s and my appointments last minute without asking us because someone else needed the time. Excuse me? Then what’s the point of making an appointment?? The receptionist was extremely rude. She hung up on me refusing to provide a solution. Btw Dr. Zhao is very nice. It has nothing to do with Dr. Zhao. The disrespect I received from the receptionist was infuriating and for that reason I will never come back.
I was looking for a reliable dental clinic that accepts CDCP and saw many great reviews about Dr. Victor Zhongcheng Zhao Dental Office, so I gave them a call. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and patient. I asked about wisdom tooth extraction and emailed them my X-rays for the doctor to review.
