I changed from another doctors office because I did not have confidence in the Doctor, they were not personable at all. Dr. Khemsara has such a soothing manner . The entire office staff was extrodinary.
The examiners were pleasant and made me feel at ease. , I felt the examiner were being thoroughly in their examination of my eye , the cataract procedure was not even noticed by me and before I knew it was over.
Entire surgical team very competent, and well coordinated, appreciated warm blanket before surgery, team gave instructions very clearly.
When we checked out it was raining and the person and at the front desk gave us an umbrella, everyone knew their job and performed it.
At outpatient surgery I had to wait much longer after prep, than I expected after taken into surgery everything went great.
evry visit has been very pleasant. learned more info about my eye condition each visit. the doctor clearly explained and anwser to my questions. eye meds seem to be working like they are designated to work.
Many thanks to dr.khemsara, his office staff and the staff at Hawthorne surgery for such excellant care.
Dr. Khemsara and staff were very professional and knowledgable concerning my procedure. I was very confident in their care . I will be happy to contact them for any procedures.
