I made an appointment with DR Pedro for issues of nodules in my hands, specifically requested her because she is an expert that is recognized for her excellence. Unfortunately for my first visit with her, they replaced her with a PA. I paid to see a Md, for something that is scary to me. Basically I was dismissed with there is nothing to be done, because there is nothing on X-rays. I feel that I have nodules and cysts in my hands that might not show on X-rays. I was greeted promptly and treated with respect and compassion. Dr. Pedro was courteous and professional, explained entire condition and procedure. Hopefully won’t need to go back but definitely will if I ever need hand care.
The entire visit was warm and inviting. Dr. Pedro and her staff were very professional and concerned about what the patient needed.
Dr Pedro has again treated my arthritis with a no pain injection after 7 months from prior shot. She has a very well organized office.
My name is Luis Hernandez, I was at the clinic in December 2023, I do not recommend her, she is a fraud, she has no idea about her profession, she sent me to do therapy at home with absurd methods when my problem is surgery, bad practice, terrible customer service, the only thing they care about is collecting insurance, how do they allow a person like that to practice the profession?
I’ve seen Dr. Pedro many times for hand issues. I trust her love her bedside manner would recommend her highly to anyone who needs a helping hand.
1st Visit. Very organized group from staff to Dr. Pedro-Alexander.XRays. Diagnosis, and treatment options all professionally done but friendly. Not miserable like some offices. . Great group
