Very professional the staff. Office clean, easy to get around. Dr. had good bed side manners, took the time to exam me. Will recommend

Not a fan of such a large office where there is multiple locations and various doctors are in multiple locations. The office pushed off, helping me to get an MRI scheduled or approved to my sons primary which had nothing to do with the entire situation. The doctor seemed good and gave a Good evaluation, but after the x-ray we had to wait 45 minutes for the doctor to come back in the room. I am always pleased with my visit to Doctor Waeltz. Staff is friendly, professional, and efficient.
He did a great job on my surgery and he checked my shoulder out to see how l was progressing in getting my mobility back in my arm. I still have a little more way to go.
Everything from getting my referral to leaving was extremely efficient. The entire staff works like a machine. They are friendly respectful and helpful. The doctor takes his time with you and communicates with you and is confident. I had shoulder pain he had extras done in his office after I had an MRI explained everything examined me. I have been a patient of Dr. Desser for many years. He is excellent at what he does, and the only doctor I go see about my knees. He is very thorough and explains all procedures to you. I highly recommend him.
My visit was excellent and timely. Staff was friendly and addressed my medical needs promptly. I would definitely recommend this medical team to my friends and family,
