Dr. Pedro was completely booked, but agreed to see me period. I expected to have to wait a long time in our office especially when I saw how busy it was but this was not the case I only waited about 20 minutes was escorted back to an exam room met with her PA, who was very friendly and helpful Took my history . had x-rays done on my hand. thank you very much for providing me with a sign language interpreter when I met Dr. Pedro-Alexander today.
She is rude. She is extremely rude.The first time I had a consultation with her, I thought: poor luck, she had a bad day. The second time I had an appointment with her again I thought again: wow, she had a horrible day again. I’ve rarely gotten through an appointment with a medical professional in 45 minutes or less. I was very pleased with the staff and efficiency of the office.
This office is highly efficient from check in to diagnosis.
