All of the staff, including the doctor, were very nice and professional. Doctor Waelz is very knowledgeable and a good listener.
I have been treated by the doctor for several years and he has been a great help with my problems. He is patient takes the necessary time to understand the situation .
After many questions swirling in my head from a back injury and the short and long term implications, Dr. Waeltz took both a thorough and conservative approach to my care. He took the time to explain my injury to me while also clearly up any misunderstandings I had in terms of my limitations and future implications.
He always prescribed me medication. Yet on the paper work he stated nothing is wrong with me.
I was referred to Dr. Panchal by Dr. Desser who first saw me two weeks ago for shoulder and arm pain. It was under the impression that I may may have had a torn rotator cuff. MRI results showed it was a frozen shoulder. During the exam he had me put both my arms as high as could. I could not lift my injured right arm all the way. Before giving me an injection of steroids, he took my injured arm and raised above my head which causing excruciating discomfort and pain. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took very good care of my daughter when she broke her toe.
Dr Yee is very kind and attentive. His staff is very pleasant and helpful. I never have a long wait time and visits are easy and productive. My knees feel better and I can stay active with no pain. They answer phones and send reminders and are everything your healthcare providers should be. Highly recommend!
